Seasonal Rates
To truly experience the benefits of our beautiful property and the enchanting region of Nosara, we require a minimum seven-night stay. This ensures you have ample time to unwind and soak in all the serene and vibrant surroundings have to offer.
High and holiday seasons offer a perfect escape from colder temperatures and a chance to enjoy festive celebrations in a tropical paradise. On the other hand, the low season brings occasional showers that nourish the landscape, making the surroundings lush and green, while also attracting more wildlife and creating a vibrant natural environment.

Booking and Payment Details
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required upon booking. This deposit is refundable up to two weeks before your scheduled arrival.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.
Liability Fee: A $1,500 refundable liability fee is required with the final payment. This fee will be 100% refunded after your stay, provided the property is left in its original condition.
